Item Out Of Stock
99% of all cellphones and accessories you can find on this web site are guaranteed to be present in our warehouse. However there may be 2 scenarios when we can be out of stock: if we run out of a model during the day or if we have limited inventory and you place a large order. Either way we’ll first contact you to find alternative replacement. If the substitution is not an option, the out of stock model will be excluded from your order. You can always inquire on the ETA of the models that are currently out of stock. Our sales team will have information about it.

Shipping
Currently we ship only to United States. Shipping is $5 flat fee.
Place your order Monday-Friday before 2:00pm (MT) for the same day shipping. (note that USPS does not deliver on Saturdays).

Order Confirmation
Once the order has been shipped you will receive a letter of confirmation, advising you of the shipping details. You can also, visit our website and check your order status by choosing "My Account".

Return and Refund Policy
Any product that is returned to us must be in original condition in which it was received. We will issue a store credit and waive restocking fee. If a refund is requested a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Note: all shipping and low order costs are non-refundable.
